    Nominations must be submitted no later than July 31, 2012

    Organizers of the Fourth Annual Minnesota Childhood Injury Summit are requesting nominations for the Champion of Child Safety Award. The award honors an individual or organization that has made significant contributions to the prevention of unintentional injuries to children in Minnesota. The recipient will be recognized at the summit on September 20, 2012, in St. Paul.

    MPHA is one of 18 organizations and 21 legislators to sign a letter to the people of Minnesota in support of many principles of health care reform.  It was sent to media outlets on June 21.

    This year's annual meeting will be a 2-day event!  Mark your calendars for September 27 & 28 at the Ramada Inn in Bloomington.  The theme is "Public Health: It's for the People, by the People."  Details to follow.
