• Oct. 17 - invite extended to non-Members to join so they can help shape the future direction of MPHA
• Nov. 1 - email to all MPHA Members with link to participate:
• Google form survey: November 1 - November 15, 2024
• Listening sessions: November 6, 11 am-12 pm and November 7, 5:30 - 6:30 pm
• Nov. 13 - email reminder to all Members survey closes Nov. 15
• Nov 18-23 - Longer meeting with members of ‘core team’ (Executive Committee with any other interested members) to develop the strategic plan
• Dec. 9 - Draft to Governing Council for approval
• Jan. 13 - 21 - review and refine at Governing Council and Executive Committee meetings
• Jan. 22 - 27 - comment period for Members
• Jan. 28 - Feb 12 - revisions with Executive Committee
• Feb. 17 - Feb 28 - Membership voting period
