MPHA members and friends are welcome to attend to learn more about MPHA and APHA. This is the annual lunch that MPHA organizes for those at the APHA conference to share meeting tips and meet other Minnesotans who are passionate about public health! Please join us on Monday, November 7 from 12:30 - 2:00 p.m. EST at MJ O’Connor’s Seaport, a restaurant across the street from the Boston Convention and Exhibition Center!

If you have questions, please contact Kristin Moore, Minnesota's Affiliate Representative to APHA’s Governing Council at argc@mpha.net. Please note that you will be responsible for the cost of the lunch. Kristin is also available to provide information about attending APHA.

Additional MPHA at APHA notes:

  • The Council of Affiliates Award Reception will be held on Saturday November 5 from 6:30 – 8:00 p.m. in Boston. The reception provides an opportunity to meet with affiliate members from other states as well as honor award recipients. Tickets can be added to your registration or may be bought at the door.
  • Morgan Mulhern, MPH will be presenting for MPHA: Results of a leadership program to build a network of American Indian/Populations of Color public health champions to advance racial and health equity in Minnesota. Join her at the Council of Affiliates Session Council of Affiliates: Racism, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion #3150 Monday November 7, 2022; 2:30 – 4:00 pm
