The Tribal Public and Environmental Health Think Tank, in partnership with APHA and support from CDC’s National Center for Environmental Health, invites you to join us for a conversation on climate and health in tribal communities.

Presenters will: 

  • Identify how changes in the climate and have impacted the health and way of life of tribes.
  • Discuss the importance of climate and health initiatives to mitigate inequity and how tribal governments and tribal-serving organizations can address climate justice; and
  • Present tribal strategies and frameworks to address climate and health challenges that also reduce future health disparities, celebrates tribal ways of life and traditional, cultural practices.
